Dale L. Hodges

Dale, as President of Gettysburg Commercial Corporation, is responsible for setting up measurable standards of performance for each department and measuring that performance against established goals. In conjunction with his staff, he establishes companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project control, financial controls, and employee relations. As Project Manager, he is the ultimate authority on the development and completion of a construction project. He works as a liaison between the construction team, architects, designers, and the owners of the project to facilitate communication, decision making, and effectively complete construction projects on time and in a professional manner.

EXPERIENCE

Dale is a Florida State Licensed General Contractor with more than 37 years of commercial construction experience, including project management, tenant improvements for office/industrial space, and new construction.  Dale has overseen projects ranging in size from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet and he has managed a combined total construction value of more than $500 million.  Much of Dale’s success is due to his personal involvement and attention to detail in every aspect of each project.
