Gettysburg currently has one office located in Orlando, Florida.

Gettysburg's construction volume has consistently risen from $1,500,000.00 in 1993 to a constant $11,000,000.00 for the last eight years. On average, 85% of Gettysburg Construction volume is specifically related to tenant improvements for asset managers. The other 15% is related to construction management and build to suit for stand alone buildings such as restaurants/retail out parcels.

Currently Gettysburg has thirteen persons employed, which is broken out as four project managers, seven superintendents, one accounting manager and one receptionist/clerical employee.
